Business Plans and Annual Reports

This is the fourth three-year Business Plan for The Alberta Rural Physician Action Plan (RPAP) covering the period 2008-2011.

It incorporates and builds upon the long-term Vision of the RPAP - "Having the right number of physicians in the right places, offering the right services in Rural Alberta" - and the major thrusts and initiatives implemented during the first two business plans. The business plan also sets out the major goals, initiatives, performance measures and targets to be accomplished by the RPAP in the years 2008-2011.

The Annual Report reports describe the progress made in achieving the objectives set out in the business plans.

Starting with the 2003-2004 Annual Report, complementary information was prepared describing Rural Physician Spousal and Family programming, the Alberta Rural Family Medicine Network (ARFMN) and the RPAP Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
