Royal College Re-entry Positions

Under the auspices of RPAP, rural physicians had the opportunity to return for training in a Royal College specialty program. The RPAP Royal College Re-entry Program ended in 2008 when Alberta Health and Wellness (AHW) "Flex Funding" for re-entry positions became available annually. 

To apply for a Flex Funding re-entry position, apply to either (or both) the University of Alberta or the University of Calgary, directly to:

Send your CV and cover letter outlining which specialty program you would like to apply for. The Associate Deans will put you in touch with the appropriate Program Director who reviews applications, and interviews suitable candidates.
